At Yoganandham, you will get 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh where you will learn the basics and minute details about body, mind and soul. It will also teach you how to live a peaceful and healthy life with yoga. The detailed YTT (Yoga Therapy teaching) course will teach you about yoga therapy along with the history associated with it. YTT course will help you master the art of yoga therapy and its effect on human body through yogic anatomy and physiology. The course comprises of daily pranayam and meditation which will help you under the benefits of yoga. 100 Hours Yoga TTC will teach you about discipline, Diet and body and mind cleansing techniques (shat-karma) including teaching skills required for yogic therapy. We will study this important text based on the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga. The food provided is hygienic and well-prepared yogic food. The pure vegan meals are served according to the principles of Ayurveda and you are expected to be fully devoted and obey all the guidelines and disciplines of the yogic path during your training so that you may get the best benefits.

We provide healthy and light breakfasts which is the best way to start your day. It includes a fresh juice or milkshake with bread and butter served with some different spreads or toppings.

At lunch, we serve a complete full meal which would provide energy for the whole day. Typically this will include one healthy salad, fresh seasonal vegetables, lentils, rice, and chappati.

At dinner, we provide light food which includes soup, different salads each day, healthy vegetables, lentils, and chapattis.

Refund Policy:

The deposit submitted with the application is not refundable. However, in case of emergencies and other unavoidable exigencies, the Yoganadham at its discretion permits students to go for any other scheduled course/retreat within the period of one year.
