Yogacharya Manish Arora

Founder & Lead Yoga Teacher

“When we touch one life with awareness, we awaken the purpose of our own.”

Yogacharya Manish Arora, founder of Yoganandham, has dedicated his life to sharing the authentic teachings of yoga with seekers across the world. His journey began at the age of 17, when he completed his first diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy at Parmarth Nature Cure College in Rishikesh. His early years of teaching were spent in a yoga hospital, where he witnessed the transformative power of yoga firsthand.

One experience changed everything — a 24-year-old woman suffering from severe rheumatoid arthritis arrived unable to walk. Under Manish’s daily guidance, through yoga therapy and compassionate support, she gradually regained mobility. Within a month, she walked into class on her own, radiant with gratitude.

That single moment revealed to Manish the deeper purpose of yoga — to heal not only the body, but the human spirit.

Since then, Manish has pursued that calling with devotion. He earned his Master’s in Yoga, along with multiple certifications including ERYT-200, ERYT-300, and ERYT-500 from Yoga Alliance, and has taught across hospitals, schools, and luxury resorts around the world — from the Maldives to St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

In 2016, he returned home to Rishikesh to establish Yoganandham, a sanctuary where the ancient yogic tradition is lived, taught, and embodied. His teaching style blends precision with compassion — rooted in lineage, yet accessible to modern practitioners.

Today, Manish leads Yoganandham’s teacher training, retreats, and therapeutic programs, continuing to guide others toward physical vitality, emotional clarity, and spiritual awakening.

Dr. Tanvi D. Arora

Ayurvedacharya & Co-Founder

“Ayurveda is not simply medicine; it is the rhythm of life itself — the balance between the body, mind, and spirit.”

Dr. Tanvi Arora is a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) and the guiding heart of Yoganandham’s wellness programs. Her journey into Ayurveda began not by chance, but by divine direction. After completing her Master’s in Mathematics, she was encouraged by her father-in-law — a respected Ayurvedic doctor with more than 40 years of experience — to carry forward the family’s healing lineage.

While studying Ayurveda, Dr. Tanvi was also a new mother. Balancing motherhood and rigorous study tested her deeply, yet through every challenge, she felt a growing sense of purpose. Once she began treating patients, the impact was immediate — seeing people heal through her guidance awakened her confidence and calling.

At Yoganandham, she leads Panchakarma programs, Ayurvedic consultations, and lectures on Anatomy, Physiology, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle, creating personalized healing journeys for each guest. Her holistic approach integrates diet, lifestyle, and emotional awareness, helping people rediscover balance and vitality.

Dr. Tanvi’s philosophy is simple yet profound:

“True health is harmony between our environment, our body, our thoughts, and our soul. When we align with nature, healing flows effortlessly.”

Yogi Kamal Kaintura

Senior Yoga Instructor – Hatha, Ashtanga & Alignment

“People often come for the stretch but they leave with much more.”

Yogi Kamal Singh Kaintura is known throughout Rishikesh for his dynamic teaching style and precise adjustments that bring depth and clarity to every student’s practice. His journey began in 2004, when yoga transformed not only his body but his entire way of being.

Before yoga, Kamal describes himself as a quick reactor — easily caught in emotions and external noise. Through years of dedicated asana and philosophy practice, he cultivated patience, inner calm, and a higher perspective. That transformation inspired him to teach, to help others find the same strength and balance he discovered.

A graduate with a Diploma in Yogic Science (2010), Kamal has spent over a decade teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Stretching, and Alignment to students of all levels and nationalities. His classes at Yoganandham are known for being deeply challenging yet grounding — a balance of physical mastery and inner stillness.
Kamal embodies what he teaches: discipline, humility, and authenticity. Through his work, he continues to remind students that yoga is not about touching the toes, it’s about touching the truth within.

Vaibhav Arora

Meditation & Pranayama Teacher

“What once felt mystical became a living science — the science of awakening.”

Born and raised in a traditional Indian family steeped in spiritual practice, Vaibhav Arora was introduced to the sacred teachings of yoga and meditation in childhood. His grandfather would take him to ashrams, where he witnessed experiences that felt magical. This is where his curiosity grew to know more about evolution and consciousness.

As he grew older and pursued formal education, Vaibhav realized that these “mysteries” were not miracles, but the natural science of energy and consciousness.
He completed his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (2017), followed by a Bachelor’s in Yoga and Holistic Science and is now completing his Master’s in Yogic Science. Since joining Yoganandham in 2017, Vaibhav has evolved from student and manager to a respected teacher of Meditation and Pranayama.

Through his sessions, he helps students release trauma, reconnect with the subtle body, and experience the quiet power of awareness. For Vaibhav, every class is an act of service — a way to share the profound realization that we are all capable of healing ourselves through stillness, breath, and love.
